Immigration Attorney

 

Currently we have an opening for an associate attorney in our Immigration Department.

The attorney will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the preparation of court filings, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, overseeing paralegals, and handling additional tasks delegated by management. The right candidate is professional, highly organized, and has a sharp attention to detail.

Paralegals/Legal Assistants

 

Currently we have an opening in our Immigration department for a bilingual paralegal.

We are in need of an immigration paralegal who is fluent in Spanish and English. The paralegal will be responsible for preparing court filings with minimal supervision, communicating extensively with clients, managing their own deadlines, and performing other functions assigned by management.

We need someone who is professional, highly organized, punctual and has sharp attention to detail. We want someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates disposition in helping other team members.

Administrative Staff

Currently we have an opening in our billing department!

We are growing and are in need of a Billing Clerk/Receptionist who is fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required. The Billing Clerk/Receptionist will be responsible for duties under our Billing department and serve as a backup for our Reception team. The position involves but is not limited to, communicating with potential and current clients, working with our paralegals to ensure billing is accurate, assisting with closings and payments and performing various clerical tasks. You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents and possess a high degree of organizational ability.
